Introduction:
Thermometry is the process of measuring temperature. Temperature is basically a measure of the amount of kinetic energy, particles possess. Nowadays, there are many different types of thermometers, for example glass in tube, thermistor, thermocouple, radiation thermometer etc.
Chapter Analysis:
Only two questions have been asked from this chapter in the past 11 years, with the last question appearing in the 2016 paper. Hence, this chapter falls in the low-weighted category and we should not be expecting anything more than 1 question from this chapter in the coming papers.
