Chapter:Calorimetry

Introduction:

Calorimetry is the science or act of measuring changes in state variables of a body for the purpose of deriving the heat transfer associated with changes of its state due, for example, to chemical reactions, physical changes, or phase transitions under specified constraints. Calorimetry is performed with a calorimeter.

Chapter Analysis:

At least one question has been asked from this chapter in the years between 2009-2019 with the exception of 2018 and 2011 where the question count fell to 0. In 2009, 2 questions were asked. 10 question have been asked collectively in the past 11 years, making it a low-weighted chapter and hence, we should not expect anything more than 1 question from this chapter.
